Location was great , within walking distance to shops/ restaurants. Food on boat during breakfast and dinner service was lovely , all staff very attentive and welcoming.

The receptionist called Shirin was amazing, she helped us with every question and was so kind and made us feel very welcome at the Campus Hotel. She brings a great personality to the job. Also, we thought the folded toilet paper was really funny. Loved that little detail.

Set in a grand Baroque palace with scenic gardens, this 5-star hotel in Bergisch Gladbach offers views as far as Cologne Cathedral. I do not eat a traditional breakfast, but I had the staff prepare the coffee with my "special ingredients" and my fortified Orange juice" which they brought to my room each morning to help me to start my day, just as I do at home. We also had a meal at the Trattoria Enoteca, which was both, excellent food and service. The wine was Spectacular!! I spent a good deal of time in the lobby bar and the staff were so friendly and attentive. I also enjoyed .the piano music on the weekend with Frank

This modern hotel offers comfortable, well-equipped rooms in a quiet, central location in Düsseldorf. It enjoys great transport links via both tram and rail services. The best value for the money in this city. Not the cheapest one, but it has very nice, cozy, warm, stylish and what not rooms. The staff is there only until midday, afterwards they're available by phone. Room service, spare towels, toiletries, hair dryer, modern smart tv (supporting screen casting from a phone or pc, for example) etc. Super thought-through design, very comfortable to live in. Machine-made coffee (and some simple tea) are available in the morning for free, together with croissants. NB: The best restaurant nearby we've found is Le Gourmet.
